Sharing the Journey
​A support group for caregivers whose loved ones
are experiencing memory loss.
Meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday
​of each month at 2 p.m. in our M2 meeting room.
       Hosted by Kathy Zoss
January 14 and January 28 meeting at 2:00 p.m. 
 Many of our elderly neighbors suffer from forms of dementia or memory loss and require constant care.  Often, they are attended by a loving family member.  Because of constant stress, these caregivers may experience fatigue, anxiety, and depression.  Joining a support group affords the caregiver the opportunity to share with other caregivers facing similar challenges.  The groups offer them the setting for sharing information, insight, advice, and encouragement.  They form a trusted group built on empathy and compassion and where the participants can share their own feelings and needs.

​        FPC Tiny Free Library
FPC invites you to visit the tiny library in front of the church sanctuary. You are encouraged to take a book as often as you like and then pass it on to someone else when you have finished it. A variety of topics are available (fiction and non-fiction) and the library is stocked weekly with new selections.
The library was established in memory of former member, Martha Rainer, who served the church as an elder and chair person of the Christian Education team.
